--Doule wobble laser welding head

1. Dot mode: refers to the state that the motor does not swing, and the light spot is the smallest. Strong penetration, can be used for penetration welding, overlay welding, or thick materials.

2. Linear mode: it refers to swinging a motor to connect the points into a line, which can adjust the direction and width, concentrate the energy density, have a certain penetration force on the thick plate, and can be used for the welding of resistance fillet welding

3. Type welding: swing 2 motors, circle the point edge, adjustable diameter, uniform energy density, obvious advantages of plate welding, minimum 0.3mm welding. For tailor welding, internal fillet welding.

--Auto wire feeding system

1. Wire feeding fixture, wire feeding copper nozzle and welding copper nozzle

2. The internal structure of the wire feeder: A high-precision fully enclosed low-speed motor, and the dual-drive wire feeding structure make the wire feeding more smooth and powerful without wire jamming
