1.Intruduction:

-This product is specially designed for laser pipe cutting equipment. The product itself can be used as an independent rotating spindle with a chuck that can firmly clamp the workpiece and rotate at the same time. Built-in two independent cylinders, one-way valve, check valve, with long-term pressure holding function (more than 8 hours), fast clamping and loosening action can be realized by rotating the air inlet from the side, and the air source can be disconnected before work. After the product base is fixed, it is only necessary to install the matching motor and gear connection, and connect the compressed air source (0.4-0.9Mpa) to clamp the workpiece and drive the workpiece to rotate. Mainly used for clamping workpiece and rotating.

-Due to the long length of the parts processed by the cutting equipment, the main chuck that is generally used as the laser cutting head and its matching tail chuck are installed on the equipment in pairs.

-This product is a four-jaw dual-power automatic centering structure, which can clamp circular, square, rectangular, oval and other parts with central axis symmetry.

-The center of the product is a hollow structure. In order to use the environment clean and hygienic, this series of products can be equipped with a dust extraction device on the back. It is recommended to install it on the pipe cutting machine.

2.Feature:

-Gear transmission, accuracy, speed and life are better than belt transmission.

-The maximum size of the square tube can be clamped 220*220mm, and the maximum diameter of the round tube is 220mm.

-Square chuck can clamp 220*220mm square tube and Circle tube with a diameter of 220mm

-Circle chuck can only clamping Circle tube with a diameter of 220mm and 155.54*155.54mm square tube
